Description
Special Events Volunteers support Casa San José’s Youth Department and the organization as a whole by assisting with community events throughout the year. Volunteers serve as ambassadors of our mission, helping to create welcoming, engaging, and impactful experiences for families and youth.
Duties may include event setup and breakdown, registration, assisting with youth and family activities, welcoming guests, distributing resources, and representing Casa San José in a professional and positive manner.
This role is flexible and ideal for individuals looking to give back to the community, gain experience in event coordination, and contribute to Casa San José’s mission on a flexible schedule.

Select Skills

Event support or customer service experience (preferred but not required).

Qualifications

Minimum age: 21 years old.

Flexible availability to serve at events scheduled on weekdays, evenings, or weekends.

Willingness to represent Casa San José’s values and mission in the community.

Completion of background checks may be required for some youth-facing events.

Reliable and punctual with a positive and team-oriented attitude.
