To join the squad, you must undergo a 2 hour training session, following which you will be sorted into on-call teams. Each team is on call once every 6 weeks, but the time commitment is flexible - we understand you have lives. The only expectation is you are extra attentive when on-call and will mobilize when you’re available.

Additionally, you will be expected to attend team meetings and further trainings on a non-regular basis.

If you’re able, now is the time to step up and stand in solidarity with Casa San Jose and your immigrant neighbors.
