I am looking for a committed volunteer to work with me on creating resource referral handouts to give to clients. We have a template that you can use. With my guidance and help, you will be responsible for putting together a list of resources, such as food pantries, in the area and helping me reach out to them to gauge their interest/ability to be included on our referral list (based on interpreter availability, capacity, etc.).

Los Ángeles monitor churches and other religious spaces, cultural events, and social gatherings where the Latino community comes together. Their role is to help ensure that these spaces remain safe, calm, and welcoming.

We are looking for volunteers to help us translate educational materials into Spanish and Portuguese. These materials include Know Your Rights presentations and materials, community-facing educational materials, social media graphics, etc. Volunteers should be fluent in Spanish or Portuguese. They should also be proficient in using Google platforms and Canva. This work can be done remotely! This work is vital so that our community is able to have access to a wider variety of resources in languages that they speak. For now, we are focusing on translating our current materials to Portuguese and Spanish; however, we may focus on expanding to other languages in the future.
